摘  要:为获得含水率及孔隙率综合影响下松软煤体强度特征的变化规律,针对淮南矿业集团新庄孜煤矿66207工作面松软煤体,运用自行研制的型煤制样装置,借助RMT-150B岩石力学试验系统,开展了不同孔隙率下松软煤体强度特征的含水率效应试验研究。研究结果表明:各孔隙率下松软煤体的单轴抗压强度随含水率的增大均呈先增后减的基本规律,最高强度对应的临界含水率具有差异性;随孔隙率的增大,煤体临界含水率呈线性增大,而含水率影响下的煤体最高强度逐渐降低。结合液桥力理论,引入液体饱和度,揭示了松软煤体力学特征演化的内在机制。研究成果阐释了松软煤体临界含水率变化的本质原因,可为实施松软煤层的安全高效开采提供理论依据。To get the change regulation of strength characteristics of soft coal under the influence of moisture content and porosity, according to soft coal of working face 66207 in Xinzhuangzi coal mine of Huainan mining group, with the device of coal sample preparation developed by ourselves, and with the help of rock mechanics test system RMT-150B, the experimental study on the effect of moisture content of strength characteristics of soft coal mass with different porosities were carded out. The re- sults have shown that uniaxial compressive strength of soft coal under the different porosities increases first and then decreases with the moisture content; the critical moisture contents corresponding to the highest intensity have differentiation; the critical moisture content of coal increases linearly, while the highest strength of coal decreases under the influence of moisture content with the porosity. Combiningthe theory of liquid bridge, the internal mechanism of the evolution of mechanical characteristics of soft coal is revealed through introducing liquid saturation. The research results interpret the essential reason for the change of the critical moisture contents of soft coal, which can provide theoretical basis for safe and efficient mining of soft coal seam.
