摘  要:1.8 m×1.4 m低速风洞是中国空气动力研究与发展中心新建的一座连续式单回流风洞。针对该风洞试验段尺寸小且主要用于基础问题研究的特点,为增强对模型支撑方式及模型姿态变化定位的适应性,减小对洞体的干涉和对流场的影响,该风洞模型支撑系统迎角机构采用双圆弧导轨导向+弧形齿轮副驱动,迎角连续变化幅度±30°;侧滑角机构采用地面转盘形式,侧滑角变化范围±360°;控制系统软、硬件给出了具体实施方法。分析标模试验结果表明:该系统结构简单紧凑,刚度大,运行灵活,模型姿态变化定位精确,可以更好地满足常规试验对尾撑、腹撑等姿态变化的需要。1.8 m× 1.4 m low speed wind tunnel is a new continuous single return-flow wind tunnel in CARDC. In view of the small size of the wind tunnel test section and it is mainly used for research on fundamental problems, in order to enhance the adaptability of the model support and the model attitude change, reduce the interference for the test section and the influence on the flow field. The mechanism of angle of attack of the wind tunnel model supporting system have used double circular guiding rail and arc gears driving, which can be continuously changed from -30° to 30°; The turntable ground form has been used by sideslip angle of mechanism which can be continuously changed from -360° to 360°; The control system software and hardware have given concrete implementation method. Analysis and the standard model test results show: the system is simple and compact, high rigidity, flexible operation, which model attitude angle can change accurately. It can better meet the needs of routine tests in model attitude angle of tail and abdominal supporting.
