摘  要:该研究基于原有两次放蜂方法的诸多弊端,提出长效一次放蜂法,即将发育不同时间的寄主卵按一定比例混合,每667m2地放两点,两个放蜂器,一次性放蜂。通过对长效一次放蜂和两次放蜂的比较来看,长效一次放蜂的平均卵寄生率84.27%,比两次放蜂的卵寄生率略低0.03%,比未载菌蜂略低0.41%,但三者之间差异不显著(P≤0.05)。长效一次放蜂能够达到良好的防治效果,且减少了放蜂过程中所带来的运输及人力成本,可以取代现有的放蜂方法进行推广应用。In the releasing field trials with Z ostr/niae in the northeast of China it was conducted by two releasing ways.One is twice releasing to let female Trichogramma spp.ostriniae parasitize egg mass of European corn borer ac- cording to the pest appearing peak in the corn fieldlThe other, long-term releasing, is with mixture of development phage of host eggs.Our results have been shown recorded 84.27% parasitism of naturally occurring European corn borer eggs in corn field when set up long term releasing.It was 10wer(0.03% )than the twice releasing that was per- formed at two slights with two Trichgranmma spp.releasers each time per 667m^2.Additional inundative release stud- ies have shown that the egg parasitism ratio of Trichogramma spp.uncarrying microorganisms was lower 0.41% com- pared to the Trichogramma spp.carrying mic roorganisims.There are no significant difference among the three treat- ment groups.The long--term releasing has demonstrated that it is early season inoculation releasing promise.We also recorded parasitism levels followin- an inoculative release for control of worm pests.
