中药外敷联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外敷联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效和安全性。方法:纳入下肢静脉曲张患者100例,按照就诊顺序编号随机分为单纯泡硬化组和联合治疗组。单纯硬化治疗组:单纯使用聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗曲张静脉,术后穿医用弹力袜。联合治疗组:泡沫硬化治疗同前,术后第3天开始一日两次软坚散结方外敷硬结或纤维条索处,平均外敷21d。结果:所有患者随访5-10个月,平均7个月。单纯泡沫硬化组显效45例,有效5例,总有效率100%,联合治疗组显效48例,有效2例,总有效率100%,2组疗效及术后复发率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组并发症发生率分别为35.0%和11.3%,比较差异有显著性(P=0.000)。结论:与单纯泡沫硬化治疗比较,中药外敷联合泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张可明显降低并发症的发生,但疗效并无显著差异。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with foam sclerotherapy （FS） for varicose veins of the lower limbs. Methods： A total of 100 patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs were treated with foam sclerotherapy （FS group, n=50） or external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with foam sclerotherapy （combination group, n= 50）. Results： All the patients were followed up for 5-10 months （mean, 7 months）. In the FS group, 45 patients were cured, the other 5 were improved （total effective rate was 100%）. In the combination group, 48 patients were cured,2 were improved （total effective rate 100%）. No significant difference existed in the efficacy （P〉0.05）, nor in the rate of recurrence （P〉0.05）, between the two groups. The rate of complications of the FS group was significantly higher than that in the combination group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine for external application combined with foam sclerotherapy for varicose veins of the lower limbs is as effective as foam sclerotherapy a-lone, but the complications were less.
