摘 要:工程机械广泛应用于各大领域,工作环境相当恶劣,对涂层的防腐要求较高。目前工程机械涂装标准要求设定三涂层防护,使用溶剂型三涂层会造成严重的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放,为了解决VOCs排放,同时减少涂层的施工遍数和工时,"变3为2",设计水性二涂层满足于标准要求。配套方案采用水性掺杂碳纳米管环氧含锌底漆与水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,可得到优异的涂层外观和防腐性能,产品已申请专利保护。Engineering machinery is widely applied in various fields. However, the working conditions are harsh, which have a higher demand on properties of the anticorrosive coatings. At present, the standard for coating engineering machinery is a three-layer protective coating system, among which the solvent-based coating system might cause a serious threat to environment due to VOCs emission. In order to solve the VOCs issue and reduce the number of layer and coating time, a novel two-layer coating system is designed, which meets the requirements of the standard. Specifically, the novel coating system is comprised of a waterborne epoxy zinc primer comprising carbon nanotubes and a waterborne acrylate polyurethane topcoat, and can enable the coating system to show excellent film appearance and corrosion resistance, which has been applied for patent protection.
