改善55SiMnMo方钢低倍锭型偏析的实践

摘　　要：介绍了石钢电炉大方坯连铸机改善55Si Mn Mo方钢低倍锭型偏析的生产实践。通过结晶器冷却水量由190 m3/h降低到175 m^3/h,二次冷却系统比水量由0.18 L/kg提高到0.23 L/kg,结晶器电磁搅拌强度由130/2.2 A/Hz降低到80/2.2 A/Hz、末端电磁搅拌强度由300/8 A/Hz降低到0,铸坯入坑缓冷36 h以上等措施,55Si Mn Mo方钢低倍锭型偏析明显改善,产品质量得到用户的认可和好评。Abstract- The paper introduces the production practice of improving the ingot segregation of 55SiMnMo square steel in bloom continuous casting machine of Shisteel Company. Through the measures： mold cooling water decreased down from 190 m3/h to 175 m3/h, specific water flow in secondary cooling system raising from 0.18 L/kg to 0.23 L/kg, mold electromagnetic stirring strength down from 130/2.2 A/Hz to 80/2.2 A/Hz, final electromagnetic stirring strength down from 300/8 A/Hz to 0, billet in delayed cooling pit for more than 36 h, the ingot segregation of 55SiMnMo square steel is significantly improved, so the product quality gets customer acceptance and praise.
