烟支吸阻稳定性影响因素研究

摘　　要：卷烟吸阻稳定性不仅对卷烟的烟气化学有重要影响,同时对抽吸时的轻松感、卷烟的感官质量影响较大。为了研究卷烟吸阻稳定性的影响因素,以都宝品牌为研究对象,通过烟支重量、烟支内烟丝密度分布、劈刀盘规格几个方面分析烟支吸阻稳定性的影响因素。结果表明,烟支重量和劈刀盘规格对烟支吸阻稳定性的影响较大。The stability of cigarette suction resistance not only has an important influence on the cigarette suction chemistry,but also has great influence on the sense and quality of the cigarette.In order to study the influence factors of cigarette suction resistance stability ,took Turbuhaler （New） as the object, the influence factors of cigarette suction resistance were studied from cigarette weight, density distribution of cut tobacco in cigarette, capillary plate specifications several aspects.The results showed that the cigarette weight and capillary plate specifications had great effect on the stability of cigarette suction resistance.
