摘 要:在机械创新产品构思中,常忽略次要因素,解决主要矛盾,构思理想状态下的总体工作原理;而在研制样机的过程中,原先忽略的次要因素常会影响样机功能的实现,需要重新设计。速降装置的手动夹紧机构的研制正是经历了这种反复,其理想状态下的初始设计不满足样机功能要求,通过改进设计,提出新的方案,建立力学模型,弄清产生问题的实质,进行定量分析比较,深入总结了机械创新产品的研制经验。研制的结果表明:应充分认识到问题产生的本质,将待实现的功能目标要求(增力张开)及实现该功能目标的机械常识(增力种类)结合起来进行重新设计,可避免盲目无效的设计,提高设计效率。During the design of mechanical innovation product, the overall working principle based on the ideal state is put forward by neglecting the secondary factors and solving the main contradiction, but the secondary factors once being neglected often affect the prototype function realization when the prototype is manufactured, the working principle must be redesigned, so is the manual clamping mechanism of a fast dropping device. Because the initial design under an ideal condition does not meet the functional requirements, the new schemes are proposed. Their mechanical models are established by analyzing their forces, and the problem essence is clarified by quantitative co MPare and analysis. In order to avoid the blind and invalid design, it is very important to find out the problem nature and combine the function target requirements (open by reinforcement) with the mechanical co mmon sense (reinforcement methods).
