摘　　要：为更好地控制云母纸裁切装置剪切不同规格尺寸的云母纸的精度,采用光电开关传感器对云母纸尺寸的精确控制和电感式接近开关传感器,对切纸刀起落位置的精确控制,结合生产实际,减少了云母纸的裁废率,实现了对云母纸的自动裁切,保证产品的品质,降低了生产成本,减轻员工的劳累程度,具有广泛的实用性。In order to control the accuracy of mica paper cutting device with different size of mica paper, photoelectric switch sensor is used to control mica paper size, inductive proximity switch sensor is used to control cut ter position. Combined with the producing practice, the cutting waste rate of mica-paper is reduced, the automatic cutting of mica- paper is realized, the quality of the product is ensured, production cost and the level of the staff are reduced. Its feasibility in pract ical application is proved.
