摘　　要：贵航精机SWT850型加工中心安装普通防护门,在设备自动运行时,拉开防护门不会触发任何保护措施,存在一定的安全隐患。文中提供一种贵航精机SWT850型加工中心安全门改造的方法,使得设备只能在关门状态下选择自动加工模式。在设备自动运行过程中拉开防护门,设备会自动跳转至进给保持状态,直到防护门关闭,操作工人按下循环启动按钮,设备在断点恢复自动加工模式。The SWT850 machining center has a ordinary protective doors. In the automatic operation of the equipment, opening the protective door will not trigger any protective measures, there is a certain security risk. In this paper, we provide a method for transforming the safety door of SWT850 machining center, so that the equipment can only choose automatic machining mode in the closed state. When the protective door is opened during the automatic operation of the equipment, the device will automatically jump to the feed hold state until the protection door is closed. Pressing the cycle start button and the device will resume the automatic machining mode at breakpoint.
