摘  要:针对销钉式防盗螺栓第3种紧固方式只能防盗、无法防松的问题,研制了组合式防松(防盗)螺母。在不改变原有螺栓结构及受力的前提下,在2道螺母之间加装1道组合式螺母,螺母的材质选用普通碳素结构钢,用激光法将该道六角螺母均匀分为2部分,再进行组合安装。其中1部分螺母配有逆止滚珠,具备紧固自锁功能,拧紧后不能退出,使得第1道螺母始终处于紧固状态,达到了防松、防盗的双重目的。应用效果良好,消除了因螺栓松动带来的隐患和经济损失。In view of the pin anti-theft bolt with the third fastening method can only guard against theft, without the function of losse prevention, developing a combined anti-loose (anti-theft) nut, without changing the original bolt structure and stress conditions, just adding one nut between the original two nuts. The ordinary carbon structural steel was chosen for the nut material. Divide one hexagon nut into two parts with the laser method, and assemble the two parts into one. The new nut occupied the self-fastening effect with the help of non-return ball in one part of the nuts, through which the bolt could not quit alter being screwed down, with the nut one remaining the fastening state. The usuage effect of anti-loose and anti-theft was obvious, and the salty hidden danger and economic loss were eliminated.
