摘  要:乌海地区变电站电气设备长期存在因工业污染导致的污闪问题,为此乌海电业局在重污秽区变电站开展带电水冲洗作业。该作业结合紫外探伤、盐密测试、带电清扫、带电水冲洗等多项技术,可以在设备不停电的条件下开展,降低绝缘子表面盐密,避免污闪事故发生。在重污秽区110kV西来峰变电站成功应用了该项技术,通过数据对比分析,带电水冲洗作业后设备盐密值大大降低,污秽等级由原来的Ⅳ级降为Ⅰ级,达到了预期效果,提高了供电可靠性。Pollution flashover problems clue to industrial pollution existed in substations in Wuhai areas, so Wuhai Electric Power Bureau carried out live water washing in the substations in heavy pollution areas. The operation combined with UV detection, salt test, charged cleaning, live water washing and many other technologies, which could be carried out with power, reduced the salt density, avoide the happening of fouling. The technology was used in 110 kV Xilaifeng Substation in heavy pollution area successfully. By data analysis, after live washing, the salt density deeended greatly, pollution grade failed to level I from level IV, achieved the desired results, enhanced the reliability of power supply.
