摘 要:风电场目前采用无功补偿设备的恒无功控制方式对风电场产生的无功功率损耗进行补偿,该方法没有考虑风机的无功出力能力,同时存在使风电场无功功率—电压灵敏度增大等不利于电网安全稳定运行的问题。风机以恒功率因数方式运行,动态无功功率补偿装置以恒电压方式运行,以风电场与系统不交换无功功率为控制目标,可以调用风机一定的无功出力能力,优化风电场无功控制能力。分析结果表明,该方法可以补偿风电场自身产生的无功功率损耗,降低风电场对无功功率补偿设备的投资。The wind power farms mainly adopts the constant reactive power control method of the reactive power compensation equipment to compensate the reactive power loss, which does not take into account the reactive power output capability of wind turbines. The method will lead some problems like an increase in reactive power-voltage sensitivity that go agaist the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In this paper, a reactive power control strategy for wind farms is proposed to optimize the reactive power control capability of wind farms. The wind turbine is running in constant power factor mode, the dynamic reactive power compensation device operates in constant voltage mode, the wind farm and the system do not exchange reactive power as control target. The results show that the method can compensate the reactive power and reduce the investment on the reactive power compensation equipments inwind farms.
