摘　　要：在当今蒙古族村落社会转变经营方式中,"套布"经营作为一种环保和增收双赢模式脱颖而出,并在这一转换中扮演着重要角色;它是社会经济发展中自然产生的一种模式。因此,它便具有了很强的可持续性和生命力。以"套布"为视点,运用学科理论和方法,并参照政府有关农村地区的政策和法规,进而把"套布"这一生产方式作为阐述理由,在对其由来、适用范围及所具有的现代属性等详加论证的基础上,尽可能地释放"套布"模式所包含的能量和价值,并以此为政府和有关部门的政策出台和决策依据提供参考。In today＇s Mongolian village social transformation in the way of operatioii,＂Taobu＂busi-ness as a way of environmental protection and income win-win model come to the fore,and plays an im-portant role in this transformation; it is a natural socio - economic development of a model, as a result, it has a strong sustainability and vitality. This study takes the “ Taobu” as the viewpoint,uses the theory and method of discipline？and takes into account the government＇s policies and regulations on the rural areas, and then puts the “ Taobu” as the reason of production, its origin, scope on the basis of detailed proof, as far as possible to release the energy and value of “ Taobu” as a decision-making basis for government and rel-evant departments of the policy.
