摘 要:综采工作面的快速推进对工作面端头和超前支护可靠性提出了更高要求。ZQ4000/20.6/45型搬运式超前支架支护强度高,可有效支撑顶板,避免对巷道顶板反复支撑,减缓巷道围岩的变形。该型超前支架可实现工作面的安全开采和高产高效,在山东能源集团得到了推广和使用,对国内同类煤矿的巷道顶板治理有参考价值。High requirements of working face ends and advance support reliability were put forward under fast mining of fully mechanized coal mining working face. The transportation hydraulic support ZQ4000/20. 6/45 has the following characters,such as high supporting strength,roof could be supported effectively and then roof could be avoid supported repetition,the surrounding rock deformation of roadway could be decreased. Safety mining and high production and high efficiency of working face could be realized with the advance support,it was promoted and applied in Shandong energy corporation,it references for similar situation in domestic.
