FQ-PCR法检测遵义地区由EV71感染引起儿童手足口病临床特征研究

摘　　要：目的:了解遵义地区各型肠道病毒感染引起手足口病的流行病学特征,为预防和诊断遵义地区的手足口病提供理论依据。方法:采用FQ-PCR的方法对咽拭子进行肠道病毒通用型、肠道病毒EV71型和Cox A16的检测,并采集疑似手足口病患儿和血液样本,进行辅助检查的结果对比。结果:获得各种类型肠道病毒的患儿,无性别差异,而就诊方式和年龄的大小与感染肠道病毒的类型存在有统计学意义的差异。结论:在手足口病大规模流行时,通过采集咽拭子进行RT-PCR检测,对手足口病的诊断有重要意义。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot mouth disease caused by various types of intestinal vims infection in Zunyi area, to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and diagnosis of hand foot mouth disease in Zunyi area Method FQ - PCR method was used to detect the intestinal virus,EV71 and CoxA16 in the throat swab samples, and the results were compared with that of children with suspected hand foot mouth disease and blood samples. Results There were statistically significant differences in the different types of patients with various types of intestinal vims,and the differences in the way of treatment and age. Conclusion When the hand foot mouth disease is in a large scale,it is important to diagnose the hand foot mouth disease by using the RT - PCR detection of the throat swab.
