成人急性甲状腺炎2例误诊体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨成人急性甲状腺炎的误诊治疗。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的2例成人急性甲状腺炎临床资料、诊治过程。结果:1例患者手术切开引流后治愈,1例患者经积极抗感染治疗后病情好转。结论:成人急性甲状腺炎临床少见,易误诊误治,临床医生应加强对本病的认识。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of adult acute thyroiditis. Methods：2 cases of adult acute thyroiditis inour hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical data , diagnosis and treatment. Results： 1 case of patients after surgical inci- sion and drainage was cured, 1 case of patients with positive anti infection was improved. Conclusion ： Adult acute thyroiditis is rare inthe clinic and easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated. Doctors should strengthen the understanding of it.
