《程原仲医案》行补兼施妇科验案2则浅析

摘　　要：笔者以《程原仲医案》中2则妇科病验案为例,结合《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《叶氏女科证治》《名医别录》等相关论述论著,阐释程氏重视气血,善于行补兼施,行中有补、补中有行的临证特色。《程原仲医案》案论结合,精于辨证,分析程氏辨证施治特色,对中医行补兼施法有更深刻的认识,有助于拓展临证思路,提高临床辨治能力。Taking two Gynecology cases from CHENG Yuan - zhong Medical Records for example, combination of Huangdi Neijing , Shanghan Lun,Yeshi Nuke Zhengzhi tMingyi Bielu and other related works to state CHENG Yuan - zhong5 s academic thought. CHENG Yuan - zhong paid attention to qi and blood,was good at combinating with Tonification and Purgation. ＂ CHENG Yuan - zhong Medical Records＂ The cases and theory combined together and syndrome differentiation and treatment in detail in CHENG Yuan - zhong Medical Records. The characteristic of CHENG＇s syndrome differentiation and treatment will have a more profound understanding of combination with Tonification and Purgation, help to expond clincal thinking and improve the ability of the clinical syndrome differentiation treat-ment.
