热敏灸联合骨盆牵引治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症60例

摘　　要：目的:比较热敏灸联合骨盆牵引与单纯骨盆牵引治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取合格受试者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,两组各60例。观察组采用热敏灸联合骨盆牵引治疗,对照组单纯采用骨盆牵引治疗,两组疗程均为4周,每周日暂停治疗1次,共计治疗24次。治疗前、治疗结束时及结束后1年,采用改良的日本骨科学会腰痛评分表(M-JOA)和痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分对患者情况进行评价。结果:治疗结束后,两组M-JOA和VAS评分均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组更能有效缓解患者腰部症状、提高患者腰部功能,随访时复发人数相对更少,1年后随访,观察组的疗效优势依然保持。结论:热敏灸联合骨盆牵引治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著优于单纯骨盆牵引治疗。Objective ： To compare the differences of curative effect amang thermal moxibustion combined pelvic traction and pelvic trac- tion in the treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Prolapse. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into abservation group and con- trol group. Abservation group：thermal moxibustion combined pelvic traction treatment;Control group： pelvic traction therapy. All groups were treated for four weeks, every Sunday to suspend a treatment,in total of 24 times. Observing the therapeutic effect by using modified M - JO A from the Japanese Orthopedic Association and VAS in both periods ： Before treatment, the end of treatment and last foranother one year. Results： After treatment, there is a significant between the 2 groups. In the aspects of improving lumbago and dysfunction,the group of thermal moxibustion combined pelvic traction are obviously better than the group using pelvic traction therapy（P 〈0.05）. Af-ter one year observation,the advantages of curative effect was still obviously in group with thermal moxibustion combined pelvic trac- tion. Conclusion： The curative effect of thermal moxibustion combined pelvic traction is significant compared with pelvic traction treat- ment（P 〈0.05）.
