推拿配服独活寄生汤治疗梨状肌综合征21例  

21 Cases of Piriformis Syndrome Treatment with Tuina and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合口服独活寄生汤治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年8月—2015年12月就诊的梨状肌综合征患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例。观察组行推拿并内服独活寄生汤治疗,对照组行单纯推拿治疗。结果:总有效率对照组为85.7%,观察组为95.2%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但观察组与对照组比较VAS评分降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合口服独活寄生汤治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效优于单纯推拿。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of combined Tuina and Duhuo Jisheng decoction in treating Piriformis syndrome. Meth-ods ：Between August 2012 and December 2015, 42 Patients with Piriformis syndrome were divided randomly into observation and con-trol group, 21 in each. Tuina plus Duhuo Jisheng decoction were carried out in observation group, but Tuina was performed in control group alone. Results： The effective rate was 85. 7% in control group and 95. 2% in observation group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0.05） ; In the control group, 6 cases were cured, nine cases excellent, 3 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective, and in the observation group,9 cases cured, 9 cases excellent, 2 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, but no signif- icant difference between the two groups（P 〉0.05） ; Visual Analogue Scales （ YAS） were significantly lower （ P 〈 0 .05 ） after observa-tion than those before observation in both groups, and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after observation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The efficacy of combined Tuina and Duhuo Jisheng decoction is better than Tuina a- lone in the observation of Piriformis syndrome.
