特定穴在针刺治疗偏头痛中的应用规律分析

摘　　要：目的:通过查阅近20年针刺治疗偏头痛的相关临床文献,统计分析特定穴在针刺治疗偏头痛中的地位和选用规律。方法:检索从1996年1月—2015年12月来自中国期刊全文数据库已经公开发表并收录的关于针刺治疗偏头痛的临床研究型文献,对相关穴位的使用频次、归经等情况进行统计分析。结果:纳入的233篇文献中针刺治疗偏头痛一共涉及14条经脉、114个穴位,其中特定穴有83个,占据总穴的72.81%,在特定穴中又以交会穴使用最多,五输穴次之。结论:特定穴在针刺治疗偏头痛中具有一定的地位与规律,但规律性不够明确,需进一步探讨。Objective：To sum up the position and selection regularity of specific acupoints access to nearly twenty years of acupuncture in the treatment of Migraine in the clinical literature statistical analysis. Methods： By retrieving Chinese Journal Full - text Datebase of published and collected from 1996 to 2015 on acupuncture for treatment of Migrainein the clinical research literature, analyze the fre-quency of use the points, meridian tropisim and so on. Result ： Among the 233 pieces of included literature, Involving 14 different meridi-ans ,114 acupoints ,83 specific acupoints accounted for 72. 81% of the total. In the 83 specific acupoints, rendezvous points is the most,five - shu point is next. Conclusion： Specific acupoints in the treatment of Migrainehave certain position and regular pattern,but not clear enough,it needs further discussion.
