地方高校服务地方产业转型升级的路径探析

摘　　要：方高校服务地方产业转型升级,拥有人才、科研、政策、区位、信息等诸多优势,但也存在着服务意识和服务能力不强、高层次人才和智力资源短缺、科研成果和服务平台不足、管理体制机制不够健全等问题。为更好地发挥地方高校优势,助推地方产业转型升级,需要逐步破除观念障碍,重新审视办学定位,深化人才培养模式改革,不断强化科研服务能力,进一步优化外部环境。The transformation and upgrading of local industries service from local colleges has the advantages of talents,scientific research,policy region,information,etc.,and the disadvantages as well,such as insufficient service consciousness and ability,lack in high-level and intellectual resources,inadequate scientific research results,service platforms,and management system,etc.To take advantage of local colleges in a better way,and boost the transformation and upgrading of local industries,it is necessary to gradually get rid of the concept barrier,reexamine the orientation of running a school,deepen the reform of personnel training mode,continuously strengthen the scientific research service ability,and further optimize the external environment.
