摘 要:滚动体进入承载区打滑是滚动轴承工作过程中客观存在的一种现象,是诱发滚动轴承振动的一个重要激励源,影响滚动轴承的振动特性。针对滚动体进入承载区的打滑问题,综合考虑滚动轴承时变刚度、游隙、载荷及打滑激励等因素,建立了滚动轴承打滑振动分析模型,研究滚动体打滑状态下滚动轴承的振动特征,分析轴承转速、径向载荷、摩擦因数和打滑范围角等因素对滚动轴承打滑振动特性的影响规律,为滚动轴承的设计、减振降噪与故障诊断提供理论依据。Skidding of rolling elements on their entry into the loaded zone often exist in the working process of rolling element bearing, which is an important excitation to the vibration of rolling element bearing and has important effect on the vibration characteristics of bearing. For skidding problem of rolling elements on their entry into the load zone, a dynamic model for vibration analysis of rolling element bearing taking account of the varying compliance, radial clearance and skidding excitation, was built to study the vibration feature of rolling element bearing with skidding of rolling elements. The effect of rolling elements skidding on the vibration characteristics of rolling element bearing with different radial loads, speed, friction coefficient and skid rang angle was analyzed, which provide guidance for the design of rolling bearing, vibration attenuation, noise reduction and fault diagnosis.
