摘  要:为了有效控制井下灾变时期事故范围扩大化,设计了一种既能作为普通矿用风门满足日常行人过车需求又能以执行机构用于控风决策支持系统的控风设施,分别对控风设施进行了机械设计和监控分站软硬件设计。此种救灾风门在正常生产时期作为压力平衡风门较普通平衡风门有易于实现自动控制以及开启关闭平稳等优点,并且实现机械闭锁功能,而在灾变时期又能实现远程控制实现应急救援,有极强的现场应用价值。To effectively control the expansion of the accident in underground, a control system is designed, which can meet the requirements of worker5 s daily going through, of tramcar,s passing through, also can be used for the air control facilities. It consists of mechanical system design and monitoring system design in sub-station involving hardware and software. The air door dedicated in urgent relief, it acts the function of air balance in normal time with the advantages of easy to be automatically open and closed in a stable way, meanwhile achieve the mechanical locking function. And in emergency it plays the role of remote control for quick rescue, has strong field application value.
