多元化社会思潮下的医学院校辅导员工作改革

摘　　要：在多元化社会思潮现实性、共存性、网络性、大众性的新特征冲击下,医学院校的思想政治教育出现了内容保守、形式单一、脱离实际、缺乏特色的问题。辅导员是日常思想政治教育的主要力量,有必要对这种冲击做出积极有效的回应,这既是培养综合性医学人才的需要,也是提升辅导员综合素质的需要。针对学生思想的新特点和医学院校的教育实际,辅导员工作应做好四个方面改革:创新教育理念,更新教育内容,突出医学特色;丰富教育手段,加强人文教育,培养全能人才;加强队伍建设,重视专业培养,提升师资力量;丰富评价体系,重视自我教育,鼓励长向发展。With new features of realism, co-existence, network, popularity in a diverse society, some problems e-merge in ideological and political education in medical colleges, including conservative content, single form, divorced from reality, and a lack of features. Counselors are the main force of daily ideological and political education, and it is necessary for them to make positive and effective response to the impact, which is both the need for comprehen-sive medical talent cultivation, and the need to raise the overall quality of counselors. According to new characteris-tics of students＇ ideological education and actual education condition of medical colleges, counselors should do well in four aspects： innovating education idea, upgrading education content and highlight the characteristics of medicine; enriching education means, strengthening humanistic education and cultivating all -round talents; strengthening team construction, paying attention to professional training and improving teachers＇ ability; enriching evaluation system, paying attention to self education and encouraging long-term development.
