摘　　要：对新钢8号高炉炉凉处理进行总结,认为产生炉凉的原因是原燃料质量变差;炉况出现滑尺、塌料、管道行程;炉墙渣皮脱落;炉外渣铁不能及时排出以及工长对渣铁物理热不够重视而操作失误等等。后经减轻焦炭负荷、加大量净焦、降低炉渣碱度、休风堵风口等措施炉况逐渐正常。The No.8 blast furnace cooling of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd. is summarized. The furnace cold due to poor fuel quality, furnace are slide, collapse and exhausted, furnace slag to peel off the walls, slag outside the furnace cannot be discharged and foreman enough attention to slag physical heat, operation errors, and so on. After reducing the load of coke,plus a lot of net coke, reduce the basicity of slag, furnace conditions gradually wind-blocking air inlet moratorium, and furnace conditions gradually back to normal.
