摘  要:基础研究是原始创新的源头,如何从源头发起,直至最终实现原始创新,需要对原始创新的全链条实现路径进行考察。基于此,选取青霉素和链霉素两个既有区别又有联系的原始创新案例,梳理其从科学发现到技术开发直至商业生产的全过程,搞清其中的关键环节和重要节点,为打通原始创新的全链条路径提供历史启示和对策建议。Basic research is the source of original innovation. In order to make clear how to initiate from the source until the final reali-zation of the original innovation, 'we need to investigate and study the 'whole chain from the basic research to the original innovation. Therefore, based on the comparative analysis on the case of original innovation of penicillin and streptomycin which have both distinctions and relations, we sort out the wThole process from science to technology development until production and sales, and make clear the key link and important node of the wThole process. We hope to provide decision-making reference and suggestions to open up the whole chain path from basic research to the original innovation in China.
