摘　　要：沿袭分工深化这条主线,以交易效率为切入点,重新勾勒了产业演进和城市扩张的互动过程,结果表明:(1)以工业化和三产化为典型的产业高级化是经济增长和城市发展的现实动力;(2)与经典理论有所差异的是,分工深化和交易效率并未长期促进产业的持续高级化,反而是作为产业高级化的一种结果而出现的,这是经济增长的后发性和外生性特征共同决定的;(3)从长期来看,外生性的产业高级化并不可持续,单纯依靠外生的技术引进和产业升级并不足以支撑经济的持续发展,当经济发展到一定高度时就需要适时调整发展策略,转换发展动力;(4)当前阶段,更为现实可行的路径是通过城市化促进工业化的深度推进,实现产业高级化,但是城市扩张又以交易效率的提高为前提。因此,必须从根本上提高交易效率,降低交易费用,促进城市化和产业高级化的内生化转型和良性互动。Following the main line of Labor Division and the efficiency of the transaction, we outlined the interaction of industry evolu-tion and urban expansion, the results shows that ：①Industrial high grade such as industrialization and the tertiary industry is the real po＇wer for China’s economic gro＇wth and urban development;②Different ＇with the classical theories, deepening division of labor and transaction efficiency does not promote long-term sustained high grade industry, but as a result of the emergence of high-class industry, ＇which is the result of China’s exogenous economic gro＇wth;③In the long term, exogenous industry is not sustainable, and relying sole-ly on exogenous technology transfer and industrial upgrading is insufficient to support sustained economic development when the economy develops to a certain height, so ＇we need to adjust development strategies and convert the po＇wer of development;④At the current stage, a more realistic path is the depth of industrialization by promoting urbanization, but the urban expansion needs to improve trading efficiency. Therefore, ＇we must improve transaction efficiency, reduce transaction costs, and facilitate endogenous transformation of urbanization and industrialization.
