运用SW6进行“O”形圈密封法兰的计算

摘　　要：为适应中石化北京化工研究院试验室对发泡用搅拌釜高压、经常拆卸的需求,通过近几年的设计和使用,提出了运用SW6-2011软件对采用"O"形圈密封法兰的近似计算方法。高压搅拌釜2年的安全平稳运行证明,采用此方法计算出的法兰兼顾了安全性和经济性。并展示了1台5L发泡用搅拌釜的法兰计算算例。In order to adapt to the needs of the laboratory for high pressure and frequent disassembly of stirred tank,SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry puts forward the approximate calculation method of O-ring sealing flange using SW6-2011 software through explorations in engineering and application in recent years.The two-year safe and stable operation of the high pressure stirred tank proves that using this method to calculate the flange can achieve both safety and economy.A calculation example is given for the flange of a 5-liter foam stirred tank.
