摘  要:加氢脱酸机组在使用过程中常因填料出现突发性泄漏而非计划性停工,严重影响了装置的长周期运行,也造成了很大的安全隐患,运用流体力学和材料力学的相关理论,通过对填料结构、填料函材质和局部结构、冷却水循环方式等因素进行研究分析后发现填料节流环设计不合理和主密封填料结构设计、填料盒结构和材质选择不合理是问题产生的根本原因。通过改进节流环和主密封填料结构和优化设计填料函,彻底解决了填料突发泄漏问题,改进后的填料开机运行8 000 h无明显泄漏,取得了明显的效果。The sudden packing leakage of hydrodeacidification compressor often leads to the unplanned shutdown of unit,seriously affecting the long term operation of the unit and causing great security risks.Based on the theories of fluid mechanics and mechanics of materials,this paper studies and analyzes the packing structure,material and local structure of stuffing box,cooling water circulation mode and other factors,and finds out that the root causes of this problem include the unreasonable design of packing throttling ring,the unreasonable design of main sealing packing structure and the unreasonable selection of the structure and material of stuffing box.By improving the performance of throttling ring and optimizing the design of stuffing box,the sudden packing leakage problem was completely solved,and the improved packing was operated continuously for 8000 hours without obvious leakage,achieving remarkable results.
