摘  要:基于对广东、江西、安徽、上海等地部分女大学生的问卷调查数据,运用分位数回归方法,实证检验女大学生就业能力的影响因素。结果显示,不同的分位点上,学历的高低对女大学生就业能力的影响不同。在中低端分位数上,外倾性显著正向影响女大学生就业能力;在绝大部分分位数上,情绪越稳定,就业能力越强;在低端分位数上,随和性越好,就业能力越强;尽责性和经验开放性对女大学生就业能力均呈现正向影响,但在各分位数上,表现出不同程度的影响力。男大学生作为对照组,表现出大部分相近、个别相反的实证结果。可见,学历仍是影响女大学生就业的关键因素;对于自我感知就业能力不高的女大学生来说,性格更为外向大胆是其提高就业能力的基础;情感意识的波动性会影响女大学生就业能力的感知判断;作为预测学习或培训效果的关键因素,尽责性和经验开放性对女大学生就业能力感知水平有着不可忽视的影响。Based on the data from a questionnaire survey of some female college students in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Anhui, Shanghai, the paper adopts quantile regression to test the influencing factors of female college students' ability for employment. The results show that different educational levels have different effects on the employment ability of female college students in different quantiles: Extroversion has a positive significant effect on female college students ’ employment ability in mid-and-low quantile, the more stable emotions, the stronger of her employment ability in the majority of quantiles; agreeableness is correlate with their employment ability in low quantile; conscientiousness and openness to experiences have positive but differentiated impacts on their employment ability in different quantile. As the control group, male college students show similar results with only few of opposite empirical results. It can be seen that education is still the key factor affecting the employment of female college students. For female students with low self-perceived and poor ability, the outgoing personality is the basis to improve their employment ability, the volatility of emotional consciousness affects their judgement of their employment ability, conscientiousness and openness to experience have significant effect on the perception of employment ability as the key factor to predict the efficiency of learning or training.
