摘 要:采用脱水污泥为材料,从热水解的原理出发,研究了不同的水热时间、温度、加碱量对污泥脱水性能的影响,并用Zeta电位、SEM、UV-Vis对污泥进行表征。实验结果表明,含水率85%的污泥,在120℃条件下热水解30 min,污泥的离心干基含水率从4.09降到了3.85;当投加碱(m(CaX_2)/m(VS)=0.08)时,污泥的离心干基含水率下降明显,在160℃条件下热水解40 min,污泥离心干基含水率下降幅度达到9.4%和7.9%。In this experiment, the sludge was used as the study material, according to the principle of the thermal hydroly- sis, the effects of hydro - thermal treatment time, temperature and alkali dosage on the sludge dewatering ability was investi- gated and meanwhile the sludge was characterized by Zeta potential, SEM and UV- Vis. The experimental results showed that, for the sludge with 85 % of moisture content, the centrifugal dry basis moisture content decreased from 4.09 to 3.85 after treated at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, and when adding certain alkali (m(CaX2)/m(VS) = 0.08) in the sludge, the cen- trifugal dry basis moisture content decreased obviously by 9.4% and 7.9% after treated at 160℃ for 40 minutes.
