摘　　要：随着大数据时代的来临，党中央、国务院提出加快实施国家大数据战略，把大数据作为基础性战略资源，全面实施《促进大数据发展行动纲要》。按照范一飞副行长“打造数字央行”的指示精神，作为人民银行信息处理中枢，金融信息中心以国家发展改革委促进国家大数据发展重大工程项目为契机，推进、With gradual implementation of the national big data strategy, China has entered an innovation-driven and transitional era that calls for the performance of the function of information and data for the promotion of socioeconomic development. A financial big data analysis and service platform is an important infrastructure for better financial service and stricter financial regulation and also a significant means whereby a decision making level can thus be lifted and Reg Tech carried out. The financial information center will promote, according to PBC's informatization work plan, the platform construction.
