摘　　要：本文使用具有全国代表性的调查数据,探讨了村庄选举中村民投票参与率与村庄公共投资的关系。通过使用工具变量解决了可能存在的内生性后,发现村庄选举参与率对总和公共投资没有确定影响,但是对于自筹资金的公共投资有显著正向影响。估计结果还表明,虽然三个层次的投票参与率都对自筹资金公共投资有正向影响,但只有完整投票参与率的效果最显著,如果村庄能将完整投票率提高10%,自筹资金项目可以增加0.8项,其金额可以增加2.8万元。In this paperwe use nationally representative survey data to explore the relationship between the voting rate in village election and public investment. Using the IV method to solve the endogeneity, we find that the voting rate does not have a robust relation with the total investment, but has a positive impact on self-funding investment. We also find that amongthe three levels of voting rate, only complete voting is the most significant. If complete voting can be increased 10%, the amount of self-funded projects can be increased 0.8piece, and the total amount of funding can be increased more than 28 000 yuan.
