摘　　要：融合"尚巧"的创新精神和"求精"的工作态度为一体的工匠精神,对于提升我国工业制造的质量,推进供给侧结构改革,提升农民工的经济和社会地位具有重要意义。在当前社会,由于匠人文化的缺失、农民工教育培训的失衡以及农民自我认知能力的牵制,致使农民工素质的提升和工匠精神的培育受到了阻碍。因此,需要进一步营造创新创造的社会氛围,加强农民的继续教育和职业培训,完善农民工职业技能考核奖惩体系,激发农民工自主和责任意识,将农民工群体培育成高素质、高技能的制造业的中坚力量。Craftsman spirit which is fused with innovative spirit of ＂novelty＂and working attitude of ＂refinement＂. It have great significance of improving the quality of industrial manufacturing in our country, promoting the reform of supply side structure, increasing the economic and social status of migrant workers. In the current society, because of the lacking of craftsman culture, the imbalance of education and training, the cheek of migrant workers＇ self cognitive ability, it results in the improvement of the quality of migrant workers and the cultivation of craftsman spirit are hindered. Therefore, we need to build the innovation to create the social atmosphere, strengthen the continuing education and vocational training of migrant workers, improve Improve the evaluation system of vocational skills of migrant workers, stimulate the autonomy and responsibility of migrant workers, then let the migrant workers as backbone of manufacturing who have high quality and high skill.
