摘 要:研究了一种双路二维式光电检测的水质浊度传感器的结构并提出了新的LED调制方法,采用两组发射和接收器件,立体式交替接收光电数据,有效地扩大了浊度的测量面。同时提出了一种新的背景光消除电路,通过对LED信号的调制,该电路可以有效消除背景光对光电传感器的影响。实验标定了5组光强与浊度的数据,计算光强与浊度数据的Pearson相关系数后,确定了浊度与光强的关系,建立了数学模型。通过验证模型校正后的决定系数,证实了模型参数的可靠性。实验表明,在0~120 NTU内测得数据准确度高于0.5%,该装置可以准确地检测水质浊度。The structure of dual-channel two-dimensional photoelectric water turbidity detection sensor was researched, and a new LED (light emitting diode) modulation method was proposed,which applied two groups of emitting and receiving devices to receive photoelectric data alternatively,enlarging the scale of turbidity measuring effectively.At the same time, a background-light eliminating circuit was developed. By modulating LED signal, that circuit is able to efficiently eliminate the impact from back-ground light for photoelectric sensors.Then experiments calibrated 5 groups of data which contain different turbidity and their corresponding light intensity signal. After calculating Pearson correlation coefficient between light intensity and turbidity in each group,correlation between light intensity and turbidity were specified and a math module was built.Through calculating calibrated determination coefficient of the module ,reliability of the parameters were confirmed.At last the experiments proved when measuring range is 0 - 120 NTU,the fiducial error can be less than 0.5%, and the device is able to detect water turbidity accurately.
