摘  要:针对目前电导率测量仪体积大、检测精度低、功耗高等问题,设计了基于超低功耗单片机的电导率测量仪。硬件电路由电导率测量、温度采集、显示、通信及其二线制电流输出等模块组成,软件部分实线电导率在线温度补偿,MODBUS通信及其三点自动标定等功能。通过实验可知,该检测仪具有测量精度高、超低功耗、体积小等特点。Aiming at the problem of large volume,low precision and high power consumption of electrical conductivity meter, an electrical conductivity meter was designed based on ultra low power consumption microcontroller.The hardware was composed of conductivity measurement,temperature acquisition,display, communication and two-wire current output module and online conductivity temperature compensation, MODBUS communication and three automatic calibration function were realized in software. The detection instrument have functions of high measuring accuracy and ultra low power consumption, small size and so on through experiments.
