摘  要:针对某水厂供水管网管道监测点、泵站分散且范围广,无法集中监控等问题,设计了一套基于PPI协议和GPRS网络的供水管网远程监控系统。该系统采用力控组态软件作为中心控制站,通过PPI协议和GPRS数据传输网络与现场可编程逻辑控制器建立无线数据通信链路,实现了远程对供水管网设备的集中监控。现场应用表明:此供水监控系统实时性好、数据传输准确、自动化程度高,提高了生产效率。Aiming at the problems that waterworks water supply pipe network pipeline monitoring stations and pump stations were extensive and dispersive, which cannot be realized the centralized supervision, so this paper put forward an advanced remote monitoring system for water supply pipe network based on PPI protocol and GPRS network. This system adopted force control configuration software as the center control station which can connect and communicate wirelessly with the field programmable logic controller via the Siemens PPI Protocol and GPRS data transmission network and realize remote monitoring equipment of water supply pipe network. The actual application shows that the system is real-time, has accurate data transfer, high degree of automation, thus improving production efficiency of waterworks and achieving good economic benefits.
