生物共振技术筛选中药治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:经络生物共振技术与疏肝活血消胀散结类中药结合起来治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病,观察其临床疗效,以探索中医与现代科学技术相结合治疗乳腺增生病的新途径。方法:所有病例均来源于2016年8月至2016年10月玉林市中医院乳腺病科门诊患者,共收集符合肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病诊断的患者120例,按就诊先后随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。两组在年龄、性别、病程方面具有可比性。治疗组采用生物共振技术筛选中药治疗,对照组口服乳块消颗粒。两组疗程均为1个月进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组60例中治愈14例(23.33%),好转37例(61.67%),总有效率85.00%。对照组60例中治愈8例(13.33%),好转32例(53.33%),总有效率66.67%。治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:经络生物共振技术筛选中药治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病临床疗效确切,且无毒副作用,值得进一步研究。Objective ：To observe the efficacy of biological technique of channels and collaterals and traditional Chinese medicines （TCM） for soothing the liver, promoting blood circulation, eliminating swelling and removing stasis in treating liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia and expiore a treatiment for the disease. Methods： All cases were collected from outpatient department of breast diseases in Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to October 2016. A total of 120 patients with liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment, 60 cases in each group. Age, gender and duration of disease were compared between the two groups. The treat- ment group were treated with TCM screened by biological resonance technique and the control group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine oral Rukuaixiao Granules. Both groups were treated for 1 month. Re- suits：The total effective rate of treatment was higher in treatment group than the control group （85.00% vs 66. 67%）. Conclusion： TCM screened by biological technique of channels and collaterals are effective in the treatment of liver-qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type mammary gland hyperplasia, without side effects, which is worthy of further study.
