益气扶正高位灌肠法结合针刀治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气扶正高位灌肠法结合针刀治疗慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果,以及该方法与针刀治疗方法的比较及区别。方法:对75例慢性盆腔炎患者采取益气扶正高位灌肠法,并与针刀法治疗比较。方法:根据盆腔炎的不同临床表现选择不同年龄段的该病患者145例;同时将患者随机分为实验组(75例)和对照组(70例),对照组予以针刀法治疗;实验组在对照组的基础上采用自拟中药癥瘕汤,利用高位灌肠法治疗,于治疗2疗程后,评价疗效。结果:高位灌肠结合针刀法治疗盆腔炎的总有效率为92%。结论:高位灌肠结合针刀法治疗盆腔炎经济、方便,效果好,值得临床推广。Objective ： To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with the method of Invigorating Qi and invigorating the body and combining with acupotomy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Method： 75 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammato- ry disease were treated by invigorating Qi high enema, and compared with the needle knife therapy. According to different clinical manifestations of pelvic inflammation in 145 patients with this disease in different age pa- tients ; while the patients were randomly divided into experimental group （ 75 cases） and control group （ 70 ca- ses） , the control group received needle knife therapy; the experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction treatment on the basis of the control group, the use of high position enema in the treatment, after 2 courses of treatment, evaluation of curative effect. Result： Gao Wei Guan^s bowel combines needle knife rule of law to treat a chamber to blaze always efficiently for 92%. Conclusion： Gao Wei Guan＇s bowel combines needle knife the rule of law treat burning economy of a chamber, convenient, effective, worth clinical expansion.
