摘 要:目的:将品管圈(QCC)活动应用于甲状腺手术术前访视中,提高甲状腺手术患者对术前访视的满意率。方法:根据灵活多样、自愿参加的品管圈组建原则成立品管圈小组。由我科室6人组成"爱心圈",利用头脑风暴法确立"提高甲状腺手术患者对术前访视的满意率"为主题。利用鱼骨图分析甲状腺手术患者对术前访视效果不满的原因,制定对策,实施对策,比较品管圈活动前后甲状腺手术患者对术前访视的满意率。结果:将品管圈活动应用于甲状腺手术术前访视后,患者对术前访视的满意率由85%提高到95%,高出目标值93%。品管圈活动应用前后比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.4)。结论:品管圈活动提高了甲状腺手术患者对术前访视的满意率,提高了护理质量,同时使科室人员团结协作、积极参与护理管理的精神得以提高。Objective: To improve the satisfaction rate of patients with thyroid surgery using the quality control circle( QCC) to the preoperative visit of thyroid surgery. Methods: According to the voluntary participation and flexible principle,our ' Love QCC' consists of 6 members in our department,and established the theme ' to improve the patient satisfaction rate of endoscopic thyroid pre-operation visit',and carried on the statistical analysis,using fish bone diagram. Then we make corrective measures to compare the patient satisfaction rate of the endoscopic thyroid operation and give continuous quality improvement. The satisfaction rates of patients with thyroid surgery before and after the quality control circle were compared. Results: After QCC activities,the complete patient satisfaction rate of endoscopic thyroid has risen from 85 %to 95%,above 93% of the target value. By the comparison of the result before and after the QCC activity,the results was statistically significant,χ~2= 4.4. Conclusion: The QCC activities could improve the patient satisfaction rate of endoscopic thyroid operation,improve the professional ability of nursing staff,and nursing quality and group cooperation have been continuous improved.
