摘　　要：目的:比较性传播HIV/AIDS人群中经VCT检出人群与经其他来源检出人群的差别,明确寻求VCT的性传播人群特征。方法:收集2011年至2015年唐山市报告的经性传播途径感染的HIV感染者/AIDS患者的基本信息,按照检测来源是否为VCT分为两组,分别比较两组人群基本特征、传播途径和首次CD4+细胞计数等因素间的差异。结果:515例经性传播的病例中,186例经VCT检出,329例经其他来源检出。经VCT检出的性传播病例更年轻(29.37±9.89)、男性比例高(95.70%)、未婚比例高(64.52%)、大专及以上学历比例高(40.86%)、从事服务行业者多(29.03%)、同性性传播比例高(83.87%)、晚发现率低(20.97%)、首次CD4+细胞计数高(413.00个/μL)。结论:VCT在没有结婚、年龄轻、高学历以及从事服务行业的性传播HIV/AIDS人群中比较容易被接受。Objective ： To compare the difference between voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） pathway confirmed and other sources confirmed HIV/AIDS cases infected by sexual transmission, in order to clarify the characteristic of sexual transmission group that accepted VCT. Methods： Collected the information of HIV/AIDS cases infected by sexual transmission who were reported by Tangshan from 2011 to 2015.The information included cases＂ basic characteristics, route of transmission and CD4＋ test. Compared the differences be- tween the VCT diagnosed cases and other diagnosed cases. Results： There were 515 HIV/AIDS cases infected by sexual transmission, including 186 cases were confirmed through VCT and 329 cases were confirmed through other ways. The age in cases diagnosed by VCT （29.37±9.89） was younger than the cases diagnosed by other ways （35.87±13.43）. VCT diagnosed eases had a higher proportions of men （95.70%）, unmarried （ 64.52% ）, with collage degree or above （40.86%）, and eases in the serviee industry （ 29.03% ）. More MSM HIV/AIDS eases were found by VCT （ 83.87% ）. The first CD4＋ T lymphocyte counts were statistically higher in VCT diagnosed cases （422.62±277.71）. Conclusion： VCT would be accepted more easily among the HIV/ AIDS infected by sexual transmission of unmarried, younger age, with collage degree or above, and eases in the service industry.
