摘  要:人才培养是高校学报的重要功能。文章首先分析了高校学报在人才培养以及餐饮人才培养方面的研究现状,并结合当前餐饮类学报的刊文现状,总结了高校学报促进餐饮人才培养存在的问题,最后提出要重视学报编辑队伍建设;强化编辑素养;扩大作者队伍;加强学报之间及与行业协会组织的合作等对策。One of the major functions of academic journals is to help train the future talents. This paper begins by examining the status quo of the research into the role that journals play in the training of talents, especially those specializing in catering. It goes on to analyze the current state of published articles in catering journals, and summarize that journals could have contributed more to the training of talents. Based on the above analy- ses, the paper makes the following proposals: greater efforts should be made so that the editing team could keep growing professionally. With better trained editors, the quality of these journals will improve as well; with more authors contributing regularly to better journals, the contributors themselves will inevitably benefit from their own writing; the cooperation between journals should be promoted; catering trade associations should take part in the training of talents more actively.
