基于网络文本分析的出境公益旅游体验研究

摘　　要：本研究在对国内外文献进行梳理的基础上,选择"穷游网"的游记作为材料,运用文本分析法,探讨出境公益旅游者的特征、动机、体验和受到的影响。研究发现,我国出境公益旅游者以女性居多,以学生为主力,以亚洲地区的发展中国家为主要目的地,以教育服务、动物保护和保健服务为主要类型;公益旅游的动机主要有探索未知、学习知识、感受文化、节约费用和利他主义;公益旅游体验主要包括源自景观和事件的高峰体验以及支撑性体验;公益旅游对旅游者受到的影响主要有获得成长、自我审视、珍惜生活和开阔视野等几个方面。该研究丰富了公益旅游相关理论,为公益旅游实践提供了借鉴。Based on a literature review, this paper analyzes the travel notes posted on www. qyer. corn to explore volunteering tourists＇ features, motivations and experiences, as well as how they have been influenced by the experiences. The findings suggest that most volunteering tourists are female students, and that they mainly serve in education, animal protection and health care fields in Asian developing countries. Exploring the un- known, gaining knowledge, experiencing culture, saving cost and altruism are the main motives. Tourists＇ ex- periences include the peak experience derived from landscape and events, and supporting experiences. Grow- ing, self-reflection, cherishing life and widening sight are the most important effects on volunteering tourists. The study helps enrich related theory and provides reference for the volunteering tourism practice.
