摘 要:甘蔗种苗经过脱毒处理能够提高甘蔗生物量和糖分,而蔗糖合成酶是甘蔗生长和蔗糖积累的关键性酶。本文分析了2种甘蔗蔗糖合成酶基因SUS4和SUS7在脱毒种苗和常规种苗全生育期的表达量差异。结果表明,SUS4和SUS7在整个生育期叶片和未成熟茎秆中差异表达,苗期是下调表达,其它时期是上调表达,在拔节期成熟茎秆SUS4和SUS7上调表达,而在成熟期成熟茎杆中SUS4和SUS7下调表达,说明蔗糖合成酶基因在脱毒处理过程中,对不同类型蔗糖合成酶基因的时空表达特性的影响不同,而不同的生育期可能不同的蔗糖合成酶基因所起生理功能不同,形成一种相互调控的的基因网络,最终有利于甘蔗产量的形成和蔗糖的累积。The biomass and sugar content can be improved in disease-free sugarcane seedling. Sucrose synthase is the key enzyme for sugarcane growth and sucrose accumulation. The expression differences of sucrose synthase genes, SUS4 and SUST, were analyzed in disease-free sugarcane seedlings at different growth stages. The results showed that the expression levels of SUS4 and SUS7 were down-regulated in sugarcane leaves and immature internodes at seedling stage but up-regulated in sugarcane leaves and immature internodes at tillering, elongation and mature stages. Moreover, the expression levels of SUS4 and SUS7 were up-regulated in sugarcane mature internodes at elongation stage but down-regulated in sugarcane mature internodes at mature stage. It demonstrated that the expression patterns of SUS4 and SUS7 were differently regulated in different sugarcane tissues at different growth stages through disease-free treatment. The expression differences of SUS4 and SUS7 showed that different types of sucrose synthase together functioned to regulate sucrose metabolism, and further to facilitate sucrose accumulation and biomass formation.
