备战东京奥运会中国女乒朱雨玲的技战术分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和三段指标评估法等方法,通过观察近两年来世界优秀女子乒乓球主力队员朱雨玲与刘诗雯、陈梦、冯天薇的比赛录像,对朱雨玲在比赛中的技战术使用、得分情况以及竞技能力进行综合分析,找出我国女子乒乓球运动员朱雨玲在比赛中的优势和劣势,为朱雨玲和我国女子乒乓球运动员备战2020年东京奥运会提高技战术水平与优化训练方法提供理论参考与对策。In this paper used literature, video observation, mathematical statistics method and three-phase evaluation method, through the competition video between Zhu Yuling and the world elite women table tennis players Liu Shiwen, Chen Meng, Feng Tian Wei in the last two years, to make a comprehensive analysis of Zhu Yuling＇s tactical and technical usage, score and competitive ability, and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of China＇s women＇s table tennis player Zhu Yuling during competitions. It provides theoretical reference and countermeasures for Zhu Yuling and Chinese women＇s table tennis players to improve the technical and tactical level and optimize the training methods for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.
