摘　　要：WHO于2016年发布了新版的孕期保健指南,该指南根据全球各地区医疗水平,特别是发展中国家的孕期保健状况,针对孕期保健的5个方面提出了39项相关建议,并通过相关证据更新了部分观点。文章结合我国目前孕期保健现状,分析WHO指南与我国现行孕期保健方案的异同,从而更好地指导和完善我国孕期保健流程。In 2016, the World Health Organization（WHO） released a new edition of the antenatal care guideline based on the level of healthcare of the whole world, especially the developing countries.It offered thirty-nine suggestions on five aspects of an- tenatal eare, and updated some viewpoints through high-quality scientific evidenee.Aimed at improving the antenatal care of China, this article analyzed the similarities and differences between WHO antenatal care guideline and tbe China＇s practice.
