摘 要:八面河油田地层胶结程度差,属于疏松砂岩油藏。水平井修井中存在的主要问题是套铣冲砂过程中砂粒不易冲出,岩屑易在套管底部沉积,停泵接单根易造成卡钻。根据水平井砂粒沉降理论,研究设计了冲砂套铣工艺及工具,并通过室内和现场试验得出:正反洗地面快速转换装置、脉冲旋转冲砂喷头及液流转换工具等冲砂套铣工艺较好地解决了使用清水介质进行水平段的冲砂、套铣施工;在管柱中加装降磨阻扶正器和扭矩式万向节,有较好的降磨阻效果,能降低扭矩,提高携砂效率。The Bamianhe oil field belongs to loose sand reservoir. The main problem for horizontal well repair is that the sand is difficult to wash during the washing and casing milling operation, which leads to rock debris deposition in the bottom of casing, and further causes pipe--sticking during the process of connecting single pipe. To solve this problem, this paper reviewed several sets of sand washing and casing milling technology and tools. According to the theory of sand settling in horizontal wells, after designing and studying a variety of sand milling technology and tools, lab and field experiments, it showed that: tools like the front and back wash fast switching device, pulse rota- ting sand washing sprayer, liquid flow switching tools can effectively use clean water for sand washing and casing milling operation; friction--reducing centralizer and torque cardan joint installed to tubular column can effectively re- duce friction and torque, and thus increase sand--carrying efficiency.
