摘  要:根据矿场小排距加密试验结果的开发指标分析,对50~150m不同注采井排距井网下的水驱控制程度、注采对应率、单井产能变化、含水、含水上升率、采油速度以及采收率的对比评价,认为70m以下注采排距具有较高的采油速度,90~110m注采排距井网时,具有较高的单井累计采油量与采收率,且含水稳定。综合对比,认为90m行列式注采井网是最优注采排距。Elastic solid sticking to casing walls has been frequently found after the fracturing and drilling plug con- structions in the Fuling shale gas well. Such phenomena have severely impeded later construction and regular produc- tion activities. Based on the field construction procedure analysis, as well as lab acid soluble experiment, fracturing fluid simulation and infrared spectroscopic analysis, the downhole returns of elastic solid is composed of glue and crosslinking fluid. It is assumed that those solids might be formed when the glue fracturing fluid is broken incom- pletely, or the glue fluid for drilling plug operation is partly highly enriched or cross--linked under the condition of high temperature, high pressure and high salinity in the stratum. This study offers technical support for field opera- tion by optimizing construction procedure and proposes prevention and management measures.
