摘　　要：介绍了某核电厂热检修厂房的空调与通风系统及其控制方案;通过对该厂房空调与通风系统的调试,发现部分房间排风量不足,冬季室温达不到设计温度等问题,并对引起这些问题的原因进行了分析;根据分析,总结了热检修厂房空调通风系统设计、调试、运行维护等需要注意的问题,强调了系统调试对保证热检修厂空调通风系统正常运行的重要性。Presents the HVAC system and its control logic used in the Maintenance Hot Workshop. Commission the HVAC system, finds that the exhaust air flow rate in some rooms is insufficient, the temperature inside cannot meet the design requirement. Analyse the causes. According to the analysis, summarizes the factors which should mainly be considered when design, commissioning, operating, maintaining the system. Emphasize the importance of system commissioning on the normal operation of HVAC system in Maintenance Hot Workshop,
